SME Chamber of India has been recognizing Small and Medium Enterprises and Entrepreneurs by presenting “INDIA SME EXCELLENCE AWARDS” for the last 21 years for their outstanding contributions, remarkable achievements, unique vision and mission for better business growth, strategies to achieve success in the competitive Markets, better financial and business management strategies to improve credit worthiness & credibility to attract more business, investments & collaborations, adoption of good governance & business ethics and fair business practices. SMEs have also been improving quality productivity, industrial automation, innovations & inventions, diversification & expansion, commercialization of inventions and Research & Developments, adoption of patented & advanced technology to compete in the competition of 4th industrial revolution, adoption of unique business ideas & concepts for promotion, marketing & branding of their products & services and establishing business partnership in local and Global Markets, as well as continuity in transforming business activities for better profitability & converting small business into emerging enterprise.
The Chamber is also considering additional efforts by SMEs for generating new Entrepreneurship, supporting and motivating Young & Women Entrepreneurs and Start-ups for business growth, developments and converting their business ideas into profitable ventures as well as large corporates, financial institutions, multinational companies, educational institutes, research and development agencies, government departments and corporations, individuals and other enterprises who are on the forefront for the empowerment of SME sector for better business growth and for global competitiveness.
The Award winners will be recognized as the “Role Model for the SMEs, Brand Ambassador of the chamber and Mentor” to motivate and encourage other Entrepreneurs, Young & Women Entrepreneurs and Start-ups to enhance their business activities and to explore emerging business opportunities
